So why would you do that with your voice, remember that it’s a group of muscles that need to be trained, warmed up, and down too. This way your voice will last, and be more dependable.
Doing these descending slides is one of several really good warm up exercises that we will be exploring in this series of videos. It is like stretching out your vocals like you do when you wake up in the morning and stretch your body out.
