10 Slimmers of the Year from around the UK celebrate losing 100 stone between them at the National Slimmer of the Year Awards on Wednesday 5th January 2011, hosted by Rosemary Conley and Dr Hilary Jones.

Rosemary Conley CBE presented the 10 winners their awards and cash prizes at the London Marriott County Hall Hotel.

TV's Doctor Hilary Jones was also in attendance, and explained the health benefits enjoyed by the successful slimmers and clarified why, with the right diet and regular exercise, it is still healthy to lose over 12 stone in 12 months.

Each Slimmer of the Year paraded a cardboard cut-out of their larger selves, as they celebrated their weight loss achievements and received their £1000 cash prize.
