Mexican Bean Burritos

Ingredients:
2 burritos
1 cup refried beans
1 cup mexican rice
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup lettuce chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
Cheese thinly sliced
Olive oil or ghee
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat the already cooked burrito on a pan with some olive oil.
After heating, transfer onto a plate and fold it.
Add refried beans, mexican rice, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, onions and lettuce.
Roll it up and the bean burrito is ready to serve.
