After a few weeks of drought, the snow gods finally opened up a can of whoop-ass on Gulmarg Ski Resort, Kashmir, India, with a 2+ meter dump of snow. Unfortunately the avalanche danger was off the charts and the high alpine didn't open, but hey, always good to see snow, especially when it allows you to backcountry ski down to the nearby Kashmir towns of Barbareshi, Tangmarg, and Drang.
