Ingredients- 1 cup moong dal soaked 1/2 cup onions 1/2 cup tomatoes 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp cilantro 1 tbsp mint leaves 1/2 green chilli 3 tbsp red wine vinegar Some olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Mix the moong dal with onions ,tomatoes,green chilli,mint leaves and cilantro. Add the lemon juice,red wine vinegar and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
