Ingredients- 1 cup zucchini 1 cup babycorn 1 cup green beans 1 cup pasta cooked 1 cup assorted bell peppers 1/2 cup lemon grass 1/4 cup soya sauce 1/2 cup coconut milk 4 tbsp ginger 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup onions 1/2 cup water 3 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Heat the oil Add garlic, zucchini, onions, green beans, bell peppers and pasta. Add the salt, pepper and mix well. Add the coconut milk, soya sauce, ginger and lemongrass. Add water and mix well. Serve hot.
