Volkswagen presents the new compact Tiguan SUV. If looks are anything to go by, the newcomer is a lot like its big brother Touareg. As in the past, the Tiguan comes in two models - one for street use and a more rugged version with a greater angle of slope for those who like life off the beaten track. The latest Tiguan comes with three new engines out of seven available in Europe. Drive it! tests the most economical Tiguan, the 2.0 TDI. Thanks to its start-stop system, it only needs about 5.3 liters of diesel to travel 100 kilometers. Besides, it is also equipped with driver assist systems, such as fatigue detection, and light and lane assist.
