Today, we are going to take a Dynamic Cobra Pose. This is great to open up the chest and helps also with your immune system, because it helps with the thymus gland, which is right behind the sternum. So, what we will do is, we will come on the belly and we will take our hands by our chest. Now just lengthen out through your legs, from your hips lengthen out through thighs, knees, calves, long to the toes. And lets have those heels pointing up to the sky. So with hands by the chest, start with your chin on the ground, breathe in and lengthen back to the legs, allow your spine to come up, wider in the spine. Exhale, let's come on down, place the forehead on to the mat. Inhale, lengthen those legs, bring that heart up gracefully. Exhale and down. And one more; lets breathe and come on up and exhale down.Wonderful. You can just come back to forearms and breathe in and breathe out.
