Hello everyone and welcome back for another episode of Nick’s Gaming View where I cover the latest gaming news and events throughout the gaming industry. On this week’s episode #46, I cover the recent domain purchases by Microsoft (Sony-Microsoft.com, Microsoft-Sony.com, MicrosoftGain.com, and MicrosoftGain.net). Please be advised that at the time of this recording on Friday, Microsoft had yet to make a statement on these purchases. If you are unaware of what Microsoft had to say, they pretty much confirmed that these domain purchases were made to prevent any third parties from misusing the domains causing confusion.

For those who support and follow TheGamerAccess.com, you would be familiar with the Twisted Metal article that I posted earlier this week speaking on the lack of hype for the title. I had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with the co-director and co-lead designer of the Twisted Metal franchise, David Jaffe on Twitter earlier this week. I cover his response to the lack of hype for the title and discuss his belief that the upcoming Twisted Metal will easily be the best of the series.

Lastly, I interview Tim Carter, Producer and Writer of Mortal Kombat: Legacy and Co-Owner of Contradiction Films. We speak not only on the highly successful Mortal Kombat: Legacy web series, but what advice he would give to anyone pursuing a job in the film industry.
