People in Germany are shocked and shaken by the massacre in Norway, and the debate about security has flared up again. Could something similar happen in Germany? Should the Internet be more tightly controlled, as some politicians are demanding? Or is there simply no way to prevent attacks by fanatical lone perpetrators?
