Individuals came to speak about the concerns about current issues to the County Commission regarding one of the applicants to serve on the Ryan White Part A Planning Council.

This applicant Jennifer Morss is the Executive Director of AFAN (Aids for AIDS of Nevada) Defended her and discredited those that spoke out were newly hired staff at AFAN.
