A fishing village near Ishinomaki, northeastern Japan, suffers a double tragedy as the recent typhoon undoes some of the reconstruction made since the earthquake 6 months ago. Peace Boat volunteers though continue to work with locals to rebuild this community. Pls donate or volunteer.
