Filipinos queue for food and water on the island of Luzon.
Hundreds of thousands are in temporary camps after major flooding brought on by Typhoon Nalgae over the weekend.
The second typhoon in just a week, Nalgae caused landslides and downed power and communications lines.
And more rain is set to come in the next two days.
Authorities are asking those at risk to get to higher ground as soon as possible.

"You have to be ready, even if the typhoon is still far away. If not, what will happen? While you can still do something, you have to evacuate."
Those struggling in chest-high water are worried the government has not done enough to help flood victims.

"We're scared, but we can't do anything. We have nowhere to move. We'll just try to survive in our home."
The country is still reeling from the devastation wrought by Typhoon Nesat, which killed at least 52 after making landfall last Tuesday.
