Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that Kargil is having difficulties in terms of connectivity by way of roads, air ports etc. Rahul Gandhi was addressing a public meeting in Kargil. He is on a two day tour to J&K with a mission to strengthen Youth Congress and NSUI in the state. The Government at the centre has been planning out strategies to solve these issues. Rahul Gandhi expressed that all the works would be completed time bound and without any unwanted delay. Rahul Gandhi said that he came to J&K for youth congress and NSUI activities. I want to connect Kargil to Delhi politically too added Rahul Gandhi.
