A police case is filled against Shesha Ratnam(Sharadha) the headstrong lady of the village by his niece Venkateshwar rao( Balakrishna) .Her two daughters Shoba( Shobana) and Niro( Nirosha) puts all the blame on themselves to save their mother so Shesharathama challanges Venkana that his daughters would never marry him but the girls without hurting their mother express their love for the hero.
