"Ain't going to happen."
Cain called the news conference to respond to Sharon Bialek, who went public on Monday, saying he made a sexual advance on her in 1997 when he was head of the National Restaurant Association.
She is the fourth woman to accuse Cain of sexual harassment.
Cain denies ever seeing Bialek until she appeared on television to lay out allegations he insists "simply did not happen."
The 65-year-old former pizza executive - Cain - who had been leading the field of Republican candidates in many polls - is now trying to keep his campaign from unraveling.
