FOURTH ANNUAL FOCAL POINTS MEETING OF THE UNAOC, last meeting before the 4th Annual Forum of the UNAOC to be held in Doha.
Because The Doha Forum and the Lisbon Forum tackle the same issue, the Fourth Annual Focal Points, organized in Lisbon on November 2nd, was held back to the 2011 Lisbon Forum of the North-South Center of the Council of Europe and the UNAOC. On November 3rd and 4th, the Lisbon Forum discussed the issue of “The Arab Spring”
