Banana Coconut Smoothie

ALL YOU NEED:
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) ice cubes
1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple or orange juice
ALL YOU DO:
PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
POUR into tall glasses. Serve immediately.

Pina Colada
ALL YOU NEED:
• 1 cup (250 mL) pineapple juice
• ½ cup (125 mL) Thai Kitchen ® Coconut Milk Lite
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) each of lemon, orange and lime juice
• 1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
• 3 drops almond extract
• 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
ALL YOU DO:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 4 servings.
