BEM Folk Dance Ensemble stands for the new generation of Turkish teen and adult immigrants in Germany who get the opportunity to develop themselves socially and culturally. Our club “Kultur- und Sozialinitiative für Jugendlich und Kinder e.V.” was founded in 1988 and recognized that social life and cultural activities are an indispensable component of human existence. Because of that, folk dance-, music instrument-, and drama-lessons are offered. Furthermore, there are seminars for families who are supervised from skilled teachers and family advisors.

Since 2007 BEM participates actively in our club and will be supported by our association in every respect – financially and mentally.
