Yuval Shahar in 1995 won an NIH 5-year career award for his development of a new knowledge-based methodology for clinical-data analysis, and an award from the NSF for research on his new method for intelligent analysis of time-oriented databases. Yuval is an expert who holds a Ph.D. in Medical Information Sciences from Stanford University, a M.S. in Computer Science (A.I.) from Yale University
