Also, President Obama has the ability to veto the appeal. Barring a sweeping repeal, Republicans vow to dismantle ObamaCare piece by piece, hoping it will crumble. Republicans claim healthcare mandates are driving up insurance costs for employers and killing jobs. Democrats say the repeal efforts will give them a chance to demonstrate the benefits of ObamaCare, such as reduced prescription costs for seniors.
