The International Criminal Court will decide over the next few days whether six men accused of orchestrating the post election violence in Kenya in 2008 should stand trial. Tens of thousands of people who fled the violence are still living in camps, awaiting to be re-settled and given proper compensation. Despite promises from the government that local tribunals would be set up to try suspects, nothing has been done to bring justice for the victims. Duration: 02:29
