This exercise is called Cappa Squats, which is derivative of a simple capoera move. This video will show you three levels; Beginner and Advanced levels depend on how much you bend your knees lowering your body, but the Freak of Nature level utilizes a weighted vest and to hold weights while doing Cappa Squats.
