Mossad chief Meir Dagan presented the United States with a five-step program to perform a takeover of Iran in August 2007, according to WikiLeaks website. At the meeting Dagan claimed that Iran is putting great effort to achieve nuclear abilities, yet there is time to solve the nuclear crisis by undermining Iran's rule. The program suggests, for example, to spark a revolution by enlisting the student unions supporting democratic views and local ethnic minorities who were exploited by Iran during Teheran's terror attacks. He also stated that Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states all feared Iran, but wanted someone else "to do the job for them.
