Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, better known as Viktor & Rolf, are famous for their wonderfully wacktacular creations. So Grazia Daily was over the moon to grab five minutes with the design duo who were in sunny Italian town Trieste for the International Talent Support catwalk event last week.
