STELLAR ACHIEVEMENT!!! I can't say when I've seen worse brakes than what I saw today on my own car. You could literally slice a pizza with the brake rotor! I was impressed mostly with how well the manager Rick related and communicated with me. He showed integrity, great knowledge, was insightful, and had the ability to make a miserable situation into a stellar achievement. Thanks Rick!!
