Wandering out Lindsay Lohan's apartment building, Michael Lohan is upset that the starlet allegedly has a film crew showing up to document her moving experience.

"You guys are out of your mind! It's not happening, bro!" he yells at the driver of a moving van.

We're not exactly sure what is going on here, but it sure looks like 2011 is already off with a bang of drama for all things Lohan.
