Our law firm believes in giving back to the community. We have straight lawyers and gay lawyers working in our firm, men and women, all different races. We believe in equal opportunity, and we believe in doing a good job for our clients. We believe in giving back. Our attorneys have sat on boards of directors of non-profit organizations. I currently sit on the board of directors of the Service members Legal Defense Network which provides free legal representations to gay and lesbian soldiers. We've served on board of directors of Georgia Equality, of Aid Atlanta, of Youth Pride, and several other organizations. We had contributed financially to the human rights campaign and to CHRIS Kids and to Jerusalem House. These are organizations that are doing good for people, doing good for children, providing housing issues, addressing health care issues, addressing equal rights issues in the political spirit. We have been involved at different times and in different ways in many parts of what is important to LGBT Georgians.
