Jim Davis: Hi! I am Jim Davis for Harris Teeter. I am going to show you how to peel an avocado. First, we take our chef's knife; go right down through the middle of the avocado so that we cut around the stem, and all the way around, simply roll our avocado around till we've cut all the way through.
