Oil giant BP has agreed a $7.8 billion settlement for victims of the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill following the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon rig, the worst environmental disaster in US history, but its legal headaches continue as a highly-anticipated trial is delayed again.
