Lebanese designer Elie Saab continued to focus on daywear at his catwalk show in Paris.

Famed for his red carpet gowns, his collections have recently changed.

Glamourous dresses were swapped at his Paris Fashion Week show for skirt suits, trousers and even a dramatic, oversized billowing cape.

The silhouette was still very modern and sleek - with hard, sharp lines outlining the thin shape of the models.

But their hair was cut with a severe fringe - perhaps showing Saab's desire to dress the urban woman by day, not just by night.

Fans of his beautiful dresses were not left disappointed, as they still featured.

Towering gowns in cream made of sequins graced the runway.
