Today I have been fortunate to have the mayor of our quaint town, Carolyn Louviere, stop by to say hi to you. Cajun Country Recipes found out that she really enjoys cooking. Mrs. Carolyn is a native of Welsh and is a good example of the warm, friendly people that reside here.
