Live monitoring your agents’ conversations in auto [email protected]/Auto-Dialer is possible in simple steps. From the administrator accounts select reports, click on real-time main report, choose report display options, select monitor only to display monitor code, enter fields of selected phone stations, then choose listen or buzz each of listed phone stations.
