Lindsay Lohan and a friend were spotted driving around West Hollywood in Lindsay's recently damaged Porsche. While speeding away from one venue it was reported that she may have struck bystanders. She's stopped by Police, peels out of a parking lot, and finally ends up safe and sound and Chateau Marmont.
