Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a well-attended election rally in Saharanpur said that Congress does not cheat the people by giving promises like the non-Congress parties – BJP, SP and BSP. She urged the people to support congress and elect Congress candidates to free the state of Uttar Pradesh from the clutches of non-Congress parties and to bring back development.
