On Sunday 8th April 2012 my MBM and I took a walk around the new terminal and cark parks to check on progress and we were very impressed at the speed at which the whole airport project has gone. Two years ago, it was a run down airport and now it has transformed. Sometimes things happen so quick, one week you are walking out of your flying club and getting in your plane and the other, not only is the place where your flying club stood is now a car park, so is where we parked our planes! It’s absolutely amazing to see. The terminal now looks like it has been active for years and the car parks are now filled with cars. People are coming and going, pulling their carry on luggage behind them!
I managed to capture the landing and take off of the inbound Amsterdam and the outbound Amsterdam flight…nice  I hope that you enjoy the video.
