Facing a growing revolt among civil servants who are resisting forced postings to Iraq, Condoleeza Rice has reminded them of their duties. There will be 48 open positions in Iraq next year and foreign service workers are obligated by their oath of office to work at any diplomatic mission worldwide, regardless of risk.
