Kirby's Return To Dream Land review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Kirby's Return To Dream Land from HAL Laboratory and Nintendo for the Nintendo Wii. After eleven years and three separate trips to the drawing board, the Nintendo equivalent to Chinese Democracy has finally been unleashed in all its pink and fluffy glory. Kirby's Return To Dream Land is not the best Kirby game of all time. It isn't even the best Kirby game on Wii, but despite its tumultuous history and the fabric shadow looming over it, it's still a return worth celebrating. Return To Dream Land takes Kirby back to his roots. Gone is the yarn whip and the Kirby clusters that have defined recent adventures and in their place is the puff ball's most trusted weapon: his appetite. This is a Kirby release in the vein of the classics, mixing traditional 2D platforming with the ability to inhale enemies and absorb their abilities. This video review features video gameplay footage of Kirby's Return To Dream Land for the Nintendo Wii and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
