Hillary Clinton, the US Democratic nomination hopeful, is trying to recover ground on Barack Obama, ahead of the Texas and Ohio primaries.

Obama claimed victory in every contest since 'Super Tuesday' and is ahead on both delegates and states won.

The two met in Texas for a televised debate, exchanging views on Cuba, Iraq, immigration - and each other.
