Splinter Cell review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review a Splinter Cell for the original Xbox. Released in 2003, this game was developed and published by Ubisoft. Following the story of everyone's favorite superspy, Sam Fisher, Splinter Cell redefined the stealth genre into what it is today.
