In a weeks time, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, will set out exactly why he thinks Sudan's President should be charged with war crimes. He'll be making his case against Omar Al Bashir to the UN Security Council. Al Jazeera asked him about the case.
