Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr has been travelling with the Libyan opposition fighters on their mission to secure control of Tripoli.

She says it is the people of the neighbourhoods in Tripoli, alongside opposition fighters, who are maintaining law and order now. She says the say their task is to protect public property and civilians.

Khodr, however, says that Tripoli is a city which is still not safe and where front lines are still not secure.
