Britain's Supreme Court is expected to rule today on whether WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange can be extradited to Sweden over alleged sex crimes.

The whistleblower has been fighting a lengthy legal battle since being arrested 18 months ago.

The drawn-out process has left one former prosecutor in Stockholm baffled.
