This video was recorded in Fort Pierre, South Dakota. 2 June 2011.
These meters were on a housing estate near the Missouri River which was in the process of being sandbagged, for an upstream dam spillway release of water, the day after.
It was great to see so many electromechanical meters of different manufacturers on the same panel.
The pylons were on a long stretch of straight road, about 20 minutes North of St Pierre. [83]
