Pressure test VLF on new power cable by Puhoi - Johnsonville tunnel, SH 1.
Cable rating 11 kV. Test at ± 20 kV peak.
Vehicle access to the pole was difficult so connections had to be made via ladder.
Other end of cable is connected to Merlin Gerin gas switch near tunnel entrance.
