A large block of concrete and metal washed up on the beaches of Oregon on Wednesday... left over debris from the March 2011 tsunami in Japan.
It was once a dock-- but was thrown out to sea during the deadly storm.
Covered in barnacles and seaweek, the 70 foot structure captured the attention of beach combers and children who looked on.
A plaque on the dock identifies it as belonging to the port of Misawa in the Aomori Prefecture in Japan.
