The former personal assistant of U2 bassist Adam Clayton has pleaded not guilty to 184 counts of theft in a court in Dublin. Her trial begins on Friday.
Carol Hawkins is alleged to have stolen 2.8 million euros between 2004 and 2008, and of stealing Bank of Ireland cheques and drawing funds in favour of Bank of Ireland credit card services.
