I walked 10 kms/6 miles today! I am tired and a bit sore now, but I feel excited and very satisfied with myself for achieving this milestone in my fitness. My plan to to walk 5 kms/3 miles in the morning and then again in the afternoon. I will do this 6 days a week. This will burn alot of fat!
