Many Codiac R.C.M.P. 2 Fire trucks and 2 Ambulances responded to a domestic on Highfield & Gordon just before 4 P.M. this afternoon. A woman had been beaten and stabbed. She was transported to hospital with a possible broken arm, goose eggs all over her head and a puncture wound, she had been knocked out at one point. Police put a male in the back of a squad car and it was possible that he was stabbed also he was holding his stomach. Ident was needed at the scene inside the rooming house, traffic was backed up at the 4 way stop due to so many emergency vehicles during rush hour. Video aired on CTV news at noon with Jayson Baxter
