Grilled Plums with Yoghurt and Spiced Maple Syrup recipe

Plums grilled on the bbq is a real desert treat!
Preheat grill to high. In a small saucepan, combine 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) Sensations by Compliments pure maple syrup and 1⁄8 tsp
(0.5 mL) each ground cinnamon and ground ginger and cook over medium-low heat until fragrant and incorporated, about 2 min. Do not let boil. Remove sauce from heat and cover to keep warm. Halve and pit 4 Compliments plums or pluots, brush all sides with oil (to prevent sticking) and place on grill. Cook for about 2 min. per side or until fruit becomes juicy and grill-marked but still firm. To serve, place 2 halves and 2 tbsp (30 mL) 6% plain yogourt in each bowl. Drizzle with warm spiced syrup.
